2. A deposit of 5% of the bid, by way of certified cheque payable to RE/MAX Shoreline Realty, in trust, must be submitted with the tender.
3. The two quarters must be sold as a package only.
4. The highest, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted.
5. All unsuccessful bidders will have deposits returned, uncashed without interest.
6. Tenders conditional upon financing will not be accepted.
