Terms and Conditions of the Tender are as follows:
1. Tenders must be delivered to RE/MAX Shoreline Realty, 305 Saskatchewan Ave. W., Outlook, SK, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Konst Sr. Tender” no later than 5:00pm CST, February 15, 2021. Any tenders received after the specified time will not be considered.
2. A deposit of 5% of the bid, by way of cheque payable to RE/MAX Shoreline Realty, in trust, must be submitted with the tender.
3. The highest, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted.
4. All unsuccessful bidders will have deposits returned, uncashed without interest.
5. Tenders conditional upon financing will not be accepted.
6. Prospective purchasers are responsible for conducting their own research and inspection of the property to confirm acres, condition and assessments. Any inspections of the property must be arranged with RE/MAX Shoreline Realty.
7. Sale to close within 30 days upon closing of tenders.
8. The closing of the sale will be contingent on a mutually acceptable sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.
9. The Buyer will be responsible for the 2021 real property and irrigation taxes on the property.
